What Our Customers Say

The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I am so pleased with the service I received from Brody at The Carport Co. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect size, colors, and shape of the garage I purchased. Thanks Brody!!

From the very start of my purchase the customer service was extremely helpful and the time of purchase to completed product was absolutely outstanding. Nothing but good things to say about this company. I will definitely recommend them to anyone with confidence that they will be in good hands

The workers were very polite. They cleaned up after themselves and did a very nice job. My site wasn't perfectly level and they took the time to make sure the carport was level. Brody was very helpful throughout the whole process!!!

Fine work. From start to finish everything turned out as expected. Brody was very competitive in his pricing as well, and quickly responded to any questions I had throughout the process!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brody was exemplary to work with on my order. He did a little Out of the Box thinking after LISTENING to my wants vs what I thought was only available. He put me on EXACTLY what I wanted and DELIVERED! I had no clue this model was an option and was accepting something that wasn’t my “vision”. His simple question: What about this? changed the whole dynamics — in a great way! Brody went above and beyond with this sale through clear information, seeking answers to my questions, and always being quick to respond. Very professional. I highly recommend Brody and the Carport Co,

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would recommend American Carports Inc. The crew arrived about 8am and installed my 14’x16’ carport in two hours. The crew was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and worked steady.
The frame and construction of the basic carport was stronger looking in person than the graphic shows on the website. My only regret is that I didn’t have the carport installed years ago. The shade alone is worth it plus shelter for my vehicle

There was a hiccup the first attempt to install where the wrong width of the frame was specified on the delivery invoice. However the crew reloaded the materials and arrived the next morning with the correct frame supports.

Although they take steps to ensure everything is correct, human errors somehow still can occur so I would suggest looking at the delivery order compared to your contract/work order and make sure dimensions weren’t accidentally entered wrong. Mistakes can happen and they took quick action to resolve and the carport was up the next day. Very good customer service!

Owner's reply
Colin, thanks for the great review, we're thrilled you're pleased with your new carport and know it will last you years to come. Thanks also for your patience with the incorrect width the installers had brought the day before your installation. We are glad to have you as a customer!
