I never really leave reviews but I had to this time my 2 installers where amazing from night b4 letting me know on the arrival to doing a few things I wanted extra they didnt have to do but said yes anything we can do. You don't get service like this any more Rene and his partner was amazing walking me through all the steps they where doing always asking if I was ok thanks guys !

I would recommend American Carports Inc. The crew arrived about 8am and installed my 14’x16’ carport in two hours. The crew was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and worked steady. The frame and construction of the basic carport was stronger looking in person than the graphic shows on the website. My only regret is that I didn’t have the carport installed years ago. The shade alone is worth it plus shelter for my vehicle There was a hiccup the first attempt to install where the wrong width of the frame was specified on the delivery invoice. However the crew reloaded the materials and arrived the next morning with the correct frame supports. Although they take steps to ensure everything is correct, human errors somehow still can occur so I would suggest looking at the delivery order compared to your contract/work order and make sure dimensions weren’t accidentally entered wrong. Mistakes can happen and they took quick action to resolve and the carport was up the next day. Very good customer service!

Brody and his team were excellent. Carport was exactly what I needed. Company that he chose did have some issues with communication and delivery, missed scheduled installation twice. When they did show up it was 6:30 at night ,in the dark, with light snow! End result was good and would purchase again but beware of delays.
