- Lean-Tos: Attach to and extend an existing building you already have. Free-standing lean-tos are also available, they allow having single pitch roof structures anywhere. We can do lean-tos wider than almost any other company in the United States.
- Wide Spans: Sometimes referred to as commercial truss structures, wide spans are structures wider than 30′ and use a much heavier type of framing, we typically refer to it as “spider-web framing.”
- And More: Custom structures and things that don’t fit into the specific categories above are also possible. Things such as chicken coops, horse stalls, pool covers, etc, have all been done.

Our Customization Options
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Choose from a variety of options to personalize your structure, including:
- Steel Framing and Sheet Metal Gauges: Select the right gauge (thickness) of steel for your needs. Heavy duty 12-gauge framing and economical 14-gauge. Our sheet metal comes in heavy duty 26-gauge, or we have a more economical option with our 29-gauge.
- Roof Styles: We offer three roof styles, each coming with their own benefits and drawbacks. We do curved roofs, which we generally refer to as a standard styled roof, as it’s what you see on most carports, horizontal a-frame roofs, and vertical a-frame roofs.
- Siding Styles: Choose between horizontal or vertical siding for a clean, finished look, higher snow load rating, and more wind resistance.
- Insulation: Keep your building comfortable year-round with spray foam, fiberglass, or reflective foil insulation options.
- And More: Some other additions we offer are rat guards, base rail sealant, vents, CondenStop, foam enclosure packages, etc.

We believe in ensuring our customers remain happy for years to come. That’s why we offer unbeatable warranties for your structure, including:
- Rust Warranty: 14 gauge steel framing has 1-year rust warranty. 12 gauge steel framing has 20-year rust warranty.
- Wind Warranty: Concrete anchors, asphalt anchors, and mobile home anchors all have 20-year 120 MPH wind warranty.
- Color and Fade Warranty: Steel sheet metal used on roof and sides has 20-year fade warranty through Sherwin Williams.
- Maintenance Warranty: All structures will have 1-year maintenance warranty from date of install.
- Workmanship Warranty: Roll up doors, walk in doors, and windows will have a 30-day workmanship warranty covering any manufacturing defects you encounter.
